Role & responsibilities
Conduct in office quality audits of ongoing high-value painting projects.
Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with defined SOPs and quality standards.
Identify operational gaps from both the internal team and service partner end and recommend process improvements.
Handle customer escalations through site visits and ensure timely resolution.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining regular customer engagement.
Generate customer referrals and contribute to business growth through referral conversions.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and service partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain audit reports, customer feedback, and quality documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
Maximum age: 28 years.
Prior experience in Home Interiors, Painting Services, Home Improvement, Facility Management, Construction, or relevant startup ecosystem.
Robust customer handling, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and site visits.
Valid Driving License (Mandatory).
Should be based within the city limits of Mumbai, Pune.
