Role & responsibilities :
Team Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the India Resource Management team across all service lines, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Strategic Work Allocation: Oversee assignment and scheduling functions, balancing engagement risk, specialization requirements, timing constraints, and geography to deploy talent effectively.
Technology & Tool Optimization: Utilize scheduling software (Pro Staff) daily to monitor schedules, resolve conflicts, and track utilization reports/dashboards for Senior Leadership.
Process Standardization: Design and implement standardized workflows for niche group updates, proactive current-hire onboarding schedules, and off-boarding/backfill management.
Stakeholder Management: Build robust relationships with client partners and niche leaders to act as a trusted operational advisor and influencer.
Operational Strategy: Drive the continuation of global scheduling initiatives, identify areas for automation, and execute firm talent policies (e.g.,
Alternative Work Arrangements).
Preferred candidate profile :
Proven Expertise: 7+ years of dedicated Resource Planning & Management experience, ideally supporting a US-based delivery model or skilled services firm.
Domain Knowledge: Solid familiarity with US tax filing procedures, deadlines, and the specific skill sets required for diverse tax compliance and advisory tasks.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; direct experience with specialized scheduling software (e.g., Pro Staff) and tax software is highly preferred.
Leadership & Influence: Outstanding relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and navigate high-level conflict resolution.
Execution Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills, laser-sharp attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy under the pressure of tight filing seasons.
