We are looking for a skilled qualified with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our team in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in MSd365 CRM functional expertise.

Roles and Responsibility
Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for various business units.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions using MSd365 CRM.
Provide training and support to end-users on MSd365 CRM functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MSd365 CRM data, reports, and integrations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MSd365 CRM with other systems.
Develop and maintain documentation of MSd365 CRM configurations, processes, and best practices.

Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, features, and functionalities.




Experience in designing and implementing customizations using C#, X++, or other programming languages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions using MSd365 CRM.
Strong understanding of data modeling, entity frameworks, and database design principles.
Experience working with Azure Active Directory, Azure Blob Storage, or other cloud-based services.
