Key Responsibilities
Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees at the Occupational Health Centre.
Assess, stabilize, and manage workplace injuries and illnesses, and coordinate referrals when required.
Assist the Occupational Health Physician during consultations and medical examinations.
Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical assessments as per company protocols.
Monitor employees with chronic medical conditions and maintain follow-up records.
Perform basic health assessments, including blood pressure, blood sugar, temperature, pulse, height, weight, vision screening, and other routine clinical procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records, treatment registers, and confidential employee health documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, occupational health standards, and company policies.
Maintain emergency medicines, first aid kits, oxygen cylinders, AED, and other medical equipment, ensuring regular stock checks and readiness.
Coordinate medical referrals, ambulance services, and emergency response activities.




Conduct health awareness sessions, wellness programs, and toolbox talks on health and safety topics.
Assist in organizing annual health check-ups and workplace vaccination programs.
Maintain infection prevention and biomedical waste segregation practices as per applicable guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly medical reports and submit them to the client and management.
Coordinate with HR, EHS, and site management on occupational health-related matters.
Participate in mock drills, emergency preparedness activities, and continuous medical education (CME) programs.
