Job Description:
Handling FCC BAU Issues, client handling, analysing and fixation of issues.
FCC EOD/EOM/EOY support.
Supporting Production Deployment activities.
Supporting for any major activities few of them are critical major deployments, Disaster Recovery movement, Disaster Recovery drills etc.
Should have positive knowledge of FCC modules like LC, BC, CL, ELCM, FT, CASA, SFMS, SWIFT etc.
Should be technically solid in SQL, PL/SQL
Should have positive debugging skills
