Role & responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients at home as per the care plan.
Monitor vital signs and assess patient health status.
Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) when required.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Educate patients and family members on health management and care procedures.
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams regarding patient progress.
Ensure infection control and patient safety at all times.
