Role & responsibilities:
Proposal Development & Execution
Lead end-to-end proposal development including RFP responses, proposals and concept notes.
Develop high-quality pitch decks and client-facing documents.
Structure content into transparent, compelling, and well-organized narratives.
Customize proposals based on client requirements, industry context and business needs.
Storytelling & Content Structuring
Craft insight-led, persuasive narratives aligned with business positioning.
Translate complex inputs into easy, client-friendly communication.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice across all proposals.
Collaboration & Input Management
Work closely with sales, solutioning, and internal teams to gather inputs.
Translate discussions and raw inputs into structured documents.




Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of proposals.
Quality & Governance
Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables.
Review and refine content for grammar, structure and presentation.
Maintain version control and ensure adherence to timelines.
Align proposal documents with defined scope, deliverables and timelines

Preferred candidate profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Communications, English or related field.
5 - 10 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or similar roles
Experience in consulting, edtech, or B2B environments preferred
Solid exposure to proposal creation, pitch decks and client documentation
