Key Responsibilities -
Manage client interactions and maximize business prospects through excellent customer service.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely query resolution.
Process hotel bookings, amendments, cancellations, and confirmations as per client requirements.
Coordinate and negotiate with hotels and suppliers for rates, availability, and special requests.
Handle day-to-day booking requests from corporate and retail clients.
Achieve revenue and transaction targets as assigned by the business.
Ensure all booking-related documents and correspondence are uploaded into the system.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and client communications.
Handle invoicing, hotel invoice collection, reconciliation, and related transaction activities.




Ensure zero billing pendency through timely follow-ups and collections.
Manage personal bookings of clients and ensure same-day payment collection.
Extend support for client documentation and correspondence requirements.
Build and maintain robust relationships with hotel partners and suppliers.

What we are looking?
12th/Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in hotel reservations, travel operations, or hospitality industry / related fields
Knowledge of travel booking platforms and MS Office.
Willingness to work in Night Shift (7:00 PM 8:30 AM).
