The Softwa re Engineer - III designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for software enhancements and current products. Develops software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools. Determines software s compatibility with hardware and/or influences softwares design in relation to hardware.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of skilled experience in z/OS systems programming, security, or product engineering.
Robust proficiency in IBM Assembler and REXX .
Deep understanding of z/OS internals (APF, SVC, PC, cross-memory services, control blocks).
Demonstrated expertise in system dump reading and analysis .
Exposure to RACF, ACF2,



and Top Secret with working knowledge of security profiles, rules, and access controls.
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills in complex mainframe environments.
Ability to work independently at a mid-senior level , while collaborating closely with global, cross-functional teams
