Role: Legal (Commercial legal contracts)
Drafting and reviewing commercial and legal contracts, domestic as well as international, related to pharmaceutical industry such as Confidentiality Agreements, Supply Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Loan License Agreements, Development Agreements etc.
Candidate should be capable of handing the contracts independently from initiation till finalization.
Providing legal support for ongoing contract management activities.
Closely working with business development teams and co-ordinate with legal department on commercial agreements.
Submitting periodic reports on on-going agreements.
Legal software (CLM tool) operation, report generation from the software and filing work.
Job Specifications:
Desired qualification: LLB
Prior experience in pharma industry related contracts is must
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Proficient in written and oral communication skills
Well versed with MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
