Job Summary
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with 5+ years of experience to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for multiple digital products. The role involves designing user interfaces, maintaining a scalable design system, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and using AI-powered tools to improve design workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma.
Develop and maintain a centralized design system and component library.
Ensure consistent, accessible, and user-friendly experiences across products.
Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the design process.
Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.
Document design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Use AI-assisted tools to support research,
ideation, prototyping, and design optimization.
Requirements
5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
Solid portfolio showcasing complex product designs.
Proficiency in Figma, including components and prototyping.
Knowledge of design systems, interaction design, and information architecture.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, Material Design, Inclusive Design).
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills
Experience designing multi-product platforms.
Knowledge of design governance and design system adoption.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced setting.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and emerging design technologies.
