Qualification: Graduate - Preferably IT Graduate

Experience
Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion / HR systems implementation
Exposure to integrations & data migration preferred

Key Skills
Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR). Other module like Absence, Payroll, Compensation & Advantages, Security Administration,
HDL / Bulk data processing, Spreadsheet Data Loader
System (Outbound) integrations & reconciliation
BI Reports, OTBI, HCM Extracts management
Data validation & migration
HDL & Bulk Transactions
Execute bulk transactions using HDL (HCM Data Loader)
Validate, upload, and troubleshoot data files
Maintain audit logs and ensure zero data errors
System Enhancements (AMC Coordination)
Coordinate with AMC partner for enhancements & bug fixes
Raise, track, and validate incidents within SLA
Support UAT and production deployment




Data Migration & Acquisition Support
Manage historical data migration during M&A; / transitions
Ensure data validation, mapping, and integrity
Coordinate with IT, vendor, and BU teams
Integration Support
Monitor integrations with:
Ticketing tools
Payroll systems
Recruitment Tool & other HR platforms
Troubleshoot failures and ensure seamless data flow
