Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CFS & SEZ ERP software.
Resolve software issues on priority and coordinate with software vendors for timely resolution.
Identify system gaps and suggest current features and process improvements.
Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, hardware, network, printers, CCTV, and biometric systems.
Maintain data backups, user access, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Generate MIS reports and dashboards as required by management.
Test and implement current software developments and updates.
Provide IT support and user training to all departments.
Eligibility
Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
25 years of experience in ERP/IT support.
Experience in Logistics, Warehousing, CFS, or SEZ industry will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of ERP systems, networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
