Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with hands-on VoIP development background to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of telecom and VoIP projects. This is not a purely coordinative role the ideal candidate has previously built VoIP systems and now leads teams that deliver them. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, own project timelines, communicate directly with international clients, and ensure projects ship on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end VoIP implementation projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.
Gather business and technical requirements from clients and translate them into actionable plans.
Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with Development,



QA, DevOps, Support, and Infrastructure teams.
Track progress against milestones and ensure timely delivery.
Run project kickoffs, status meetings, and client review meetings.
Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage scope changes and maintain transparent project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production rollout.
Ensure successful deployment and customer acceptance.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource utilisation.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
Ensure compliance with organisational quality standards and project methodologies.
Support pre-sales with effort estimation and project planning.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirement analysis, documentation, estimation, and reporting.
