We are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial Manager with solid exposure to construction material sales, technical coordination, and project execution.
The candidate will manage key accounts, support project tenders, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure successful execution of construction material supply projects across Bangalore and Chennai.
Key Responsibilities: Handle techno-commercial sales of construction materials (cement, steel, RMC, tiles, AAC blocks, aggregates, waterproofing, etc.)
Manage project-based sales from enquiry to execution and closure Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects Prepare technical submittals, BOQs, costing, pricing commercial proposals Support tendering, negotiations, and order finalization
Ensure timely execution, delivery coordination, and billing follow-ups Work closely with production,



logistics, and finance teams Develop recent clients and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Required Skills Competencies: Solid knowledge of construction materials applications Techno-commercial understanding of projects contracts Excellent client handling negotiation skills
Experience in project execution coordination Ability to read drawings, specifications, and BOQs Strong communication presentation skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word Email communication Willingness to travel across project sites
