To control the 5M for Current Projects.
To establish, implement maintain quality system.
To control documentation related to departmental activities.
Plan, Do, Check, and Action for localization.
Involved in cost reduction activities such as VAVE and RMC reduction.




Ensuring Quality of Final product Customer Quality documents assurance
(PAP/CQC/DR/CT)
Development of recent Moulds, BOP according to the projects.
Testing of the parts as per the DVP plan
TRSO review Signoff with customer
New machine installation
Operating instructions
Promote the improvement of work.
To control various duties related with department.
Planning and execution of training sessions
