Job Title: Power Platform Lead (6+ years)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Develop and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
Design scalable and secure architectures, ensuring best practices for governance, security, and performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutioning.
Lead and mentor development teams while managing project delivery and client interactions.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
Support pre-sales activities, effort estimations, and technical proposals

Required Skills:
6+ years exp in Microsoft Power Platform.
Solid expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
Experience with Power BI, REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure integrations.
Positive understanding of Power Platform governance, security, ALM, and DevOps practices.
Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications will be an added advantage.
