Responsibilities :
Developing and driving strategic pricing decisions to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.
Conducting thorough evaluations of promotional activities, including ROI analysis, to optimize marketing effectiveness; ensuring we do what is right for the business.
Taking ownership of the profitability management for Toothpaste brands.
Be the key business partner for Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain, providing financial guidance and support.
Leading the forecasting process in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate and insightful PL forecasts, measuring actual delivery against those forecasts.
Overseeing the monthly closing process and the preparation of insightful management reports, including the tracking of key performance indicators.
Delivering in-depth analysis of business performance as a critical component of the monthly reporting cycle.
Managing the budgeting and forecasting process.
Creating comprehensive reports on the performance of current product innovations.
Participating in automation and digitization projects within the Finance function to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
CA with minimum 7 years of experience
Solid understanding of business and FPA background (must)
Robust analytical and reasoning skills
Strong presentation skills
