We are looking for a Real Estate Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through accurate data management and market analysis. The role involves cleaning and maintaining real estate data, fulfilling client-specific data requirements, and assisting in client-facing product demonstrations
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Clean, validate, and maintain the integrity of real estate data
Analyze real estate market trends and support research initiatives
Fulfill client data requests accurately and within timelines
Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for clients
Conduct product demonstrations and explain data-driven insights to clients
Support due diligence and basic real estate analysis activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and usability
Skills Required
Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business,
or a related field
1 2 years of experience in Real Estate
Solid analytical and data-handling skills
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools
Valuable communication and presentation skills
