Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding.
Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
Manage compensation, perks, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.
Ensuring productive execution of HR operations.
Support organizational change initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Preferred candidate profile
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
5 - 10 years of progressive HR experience
Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
