Installation & Commissioning: Installing, aligning, and starting up machinery (e.g., HVAC, BMS, Access) according to technical drawings
and standards.
Testing & Validation: Performing functional checks, loop tests, and troubleshooting during start-up to ensure performance.
Documentation: Preparing site reports, installation records, and updating operation manuals.
Client Liaison: Training client staff on operations and providing technical support.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
25 years of experience in BMS service, maintenance, or commissioning.
Experience with BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, Delta, or similar.
Willing to travel to client sites for service support.
Salary: 2.5 LPA 4.5LPA (Depending on Experience)
