Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a solid background in the Kolkata saree, suits, and lehenga industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end production, vendor coordination, quality control, and timely delivery of ethnic wear collections.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the complete production cycle from sampling to bulk production for sarees, suits, and lehengas.
Coordinate with weavers, karigars, embroidery units, dyeing, printing, and finishing vendors to ensure smooth production.
Plan production schedules and monitor timelines to ensure on-time deliveries.
Oversee quality control at every stage of production and resolve production-related issues.
Optimize production costs, manage vendor relationships,



and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

510 years of experience as a Production Manager in the saree, suits, or lehenga industry, preferably in Kolkata*.
Robust knowledge of fabrics, embroidery (hand & machine), dyeing, printing, stitching, finishing, and garment production processes.
Experience in handling production teams, vendors, and artisans.
Excellent planning, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel locally for vendor and production unit coordination, if required.
