Role & responsibilities
Drive collections for the Affordable Housing & LAP portfolio across the assigned region.
Monitor delinquency, reduce NPAs, and achieve collection targets.
Lead and guide regional collection teams to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
6+ years of collection experience in NBFC/HFC.
Experience in Affordable Housing and/or LAP collections.
Robust leadership, negotiation, and portfolio management skills.
Willing to travel across the assigned region.
