Digital Engineering Risk Full-stack Engineer - StaffThe Opportunity
We are looking for a full stack engineer with 3 - 4 years of experience to build and evolve scalable, high-performance, data-driven applications. This role offers the opportunity to work across frontend and backend systems, while contributing to cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, and up-to-date AI-enabled features.
You will play a key role in designing robust, scalable systems and driving architectural decisions in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
In addition, you will work on financial risk and regulatory systems, with exposure to domains such as Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, and regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g., CCAR). This provides a unique opportunity to build technology solutions that directly support risk management, compliance, and enterprise decision-making
Your Key Responsibilities
Design and build scalable applications using React, TypeScript, Storybook
Build reusable UI systems and maintain consistency across applications
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Integrate with backend services and APIs
Experience in backend development (Node.js / Python)
Exposure on Azure / AWS / GCP
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g.,
GitHub Actions)
Skills and attributes for success
Exposure to regulatory Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, reporting frameworks such as CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review)
Strong attention to user experience, responsiveness, and usability
Strong problem-solving mindset, especially in debugging UI issues and performance bottlenecks
Ability to collaborate effectively with backend teams
Experience in working with evolving requirements and ambiguous problem statements
