Purpose/Objective

To support the Project lead for Civil Discipline.
Work as a Package Owner for Civil work of different Projects.
Regular sites visit to carry out Technical Audit.

Key Responsibilities of Role
Preparing and revising the Quality Plan of Civil Activities.
Pre & Post pour meetings and Kick off meeting with contractors / Vendors.
Carry out pre-dispatch inspection at vendor’s works and issue IR & MDCC.
Carrying out Field inspections for assigned sites and submit the visit report.
Carrying out and witness Testing at site or at third party lab.
Maintaining documentation of inspection and QA activities.
Technical Audit of contractor.
Identifying Non-conformity and closure of the same during pre-dispatch inspection at vendor’s works.
Review concrete mix design, monitoring concrete batching plant and quality of concrete delivered & poured at site.




Resolving Technical Issues of site and support to FQA.
Monthly MIS preparation and Submission.
Functional - QA practices.
Pre-dispatch Inspection.
Civil field inspection and testing work.
ISO & Technical Auditing.
Knowledge of relevant BIS codes and standards.

Qualifications and Experience
Exposure in Corporate or Field Quality Civil work.
Preparation of Quality Plan / ITPs.
Technical Audit skill, Pre-dispatch inspection skills.
Experience Total: 8 to 12 Yrs - Desired Qualification: Bachelor's in civil engineering.
