Texas Instruments is seeking an Analog Design Manager. In this role, you will direct and guide the activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. You may also evaluate final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. In addition, job functions include preparing and presenting reports outlining the outcome of technical projects and making recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results. As an Analog Design Manager, you may also select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the productive operation of the function.
Minimum requirements:
Minimum education (i.e., bachelors degree in electrical engineering)
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly ramp on recent systems and processes
Demonstrated solid interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
