Role & responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders across D-commerce channels.
Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
Maintain inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation with ERP/WMS systems.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, customer support, and planning teams to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor key warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch SLA, inventory accuracy, productivity, and return processing.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
Manage courier coordination and ensure timely shipment dispatch.
Handle reverse logistics, damaged goods, and customer return processes efficiently.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, housekeeping,



and statutory regulations.
Identify prospects for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of warehouse management experience in an eCommerce or D2C environment.
Robust knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and inventory management.
Experience managing high-volume order fulfillment operations.
Sound understanding of inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and warehouse best practices.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict dispatch timelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
