The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales function , driving revenue growth, and building lasting client relationships. The incumbent will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage a high-performing sales team, and ensure the achievement of organisational sales targets in alignment with the business objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and representatives.
Set transparent performance targets for the sales team and conduct regular performance appraisals.
Foster a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture within the team.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation

Educational Qualifications





Bachelor's Degree

MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.

Minimum 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Prior experience in a relevant industry is preferred.
