Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end plant operations, including production, planning, machine shop, tool room, assembly, and NPD.
Drive productivity, quality, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.
Resolve technical challenges and improve manufacturing processes.
Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence while leading cross-functional teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
20+ years of manufacturing experience, with proven leadership as a Plant Head or similar role.
Solid technical expertise in machining, tool room operations, assembly, process planning, and NPD.
Hands-on leader with excellent problem-solving, people management, and continuous improvement skills.
Preferred background in Precision Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, or Industrial Manufacturing.
