Responsible for pre-screening, selecting (basic and competency based) for specific global recruitment assignments
Formulate and manage recruitment assignments
Candidate research and database mining
Working on Monthly/ weekly recruitment reports and dashboards Managing daily queries coming from global teams
Handling reference checks for global recent hires
Working on applicant management system and managing applications inflow
