Job Description: A VMC Operator Fresher assists in running Vertical Machining Centers under senior guidance. Primary duties include loading and unloading raw materials, checking component quality with precision instruments, reading technical drawings, assisting in basic tool setting, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace to meet production goals while learning the trade. - Machine Operation: Load and unload workpieces securely on the machine bed.
- Component Inspection: Check dimensions of machined parts regularly using measuring tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Drawing Reading: Study and interpret basic engineering blueprints and technical drawings to understand part specifications.
- Assisting Seniors: Help senior operators and programmers with tool offsets, fixture installations, and basic machine setups.
- Housekeeping & Safety: Keep the machine area clean, remove metal chips (swarf),

Requirements
- Education: ITI (Machinist, Turner, Fitter) or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
