Key Activities:

- Prepare and review design documents for transmission and distribution systems, including MV/LV cables, substations, road lighting, traffic signals, and ITS infrastructure.
- Coordinate and deliver designs in compliance with RTA, DEWA, TAQA, DU, Etisalat, and other relevant authority standards and approval processes.
- Undertake road lighting and traffic signal design in accordance with CIE standards, Dubai regulations, and project-specific requirements.
- Support the design and coordination of 132kV transmission lines and towers, including OHTL clearances, ROW considerations, and interface management.
- Manage utility coordination, power supply applications, NOCs, and building permit submissions through all project phases.
- Review and specify cable installation methods, including direct-buried installations, duct banks, HDD,



and thrust boring crossings.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (roads, structures, drainage, ITS, telecoms) to ensure fully integrated and constructible solutions.
- Assist in project planning, risk management, and technical reviews to ensure projects meet scope, budget, quality, and schedule objectives.
- Prepare and contribute to technical reports, specifications, tender documents, and proposals for transmission and distribution projects.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership, support knowledge sharing within the team, and maintain solid working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
