About the Role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect with strong Revit modelling and architectural documentation experience. The successful candidate will develop accurate BIM models, prepare construction documents and coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines on international projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create models across different project stages and Levels of Development.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules and construction-detailing packages.
- Convert sketches, CAD drawings, PDFs and design inputs into accurate Revit models.
- Create and modify parametric Revit families.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Identify and help resolve design and coordination issues.
- Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans, modelling standards and naming conventions.
- Perform model audits, quality checks and drawing reviews before submission.
- Incorporate client comments and manage revisions within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with BIM coordinators, architects, engineers and project managers.
- Maintain model accuracy, documentation quality and project deliverable standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience





- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Mandatory.
- 2–5 years of relevant BIM architecture experience.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Sound understanding of architectural design, building systems and construction documentation.
- Experience producing detailed architectural models and drawing sets.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and multidisciplinary workflows.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications and client requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360.
- Knowledge of Revit family creation and model-health management.
- Exposure to projects based in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada or Europe.
- Understanding of international construction documentation standards and building codes.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare or institutional projects.
