Role Description The Site Engineer–Landscape will oversee day-to-day execution of landscape projects on-site in Borivali, ensuring that design intent is accurately implemented in the field. This full-time role includes coordinating with civil and structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers, monitoring quality standards, and verifying that work complies with drawings, specifications, and relevant codes. The role involves conducting site inspections, tracking progress against schedules, resolving technical issues,



and reporting on site activities to the design and project management teams. The Site Engineer–Landscape will also communicate proactively with stakeholders, address on-site challenges, and support safe, efficient construction practices aligned with Newarch®s design vision and values.
Qualifications

- On-site supervision experience, including hands-on oversight of landscape or civil construction activities.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with designers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Experience in quality control, ensuring adherence to design specifications, workmanship standards, and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of structural engineering and civil engineering principles relevant to landscape projects.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
- Familiarity with local building codes, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on site.
- Prior experience in landscape or architecture-led projects is an advantage.
