Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern at Investor Experto. The intern will support lead generation, follow-up, and qualification of prospective clients through online channels, calls, and messages. Daily tasks include assisting in preparing sales pitches, coordinating virtual consultations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.



The role involves collaborating with the marketing team on basic campaign support, social media outreach, and content coordination to attract potential property buyers. The intern will also help respond to customer inquiries, schedule virtual site visits, and participate in ongoing training to build sales and customer service skills.
Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and support clients effectively.
- Foundational Sales skills, with an interest in Sales Management and learning structured sales processes.
- Ability to participate in Training programs and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Basic understanding of marketing or willingness to learn digital and social media outreach for real estate.
- Ability to work remotely in a disciplined, organized manner, managing time and tasks independently.
- Comfort with using online tools, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead-tracking systems.
- Solid interest in real estate, investments, or customer-facing roles; prior internship experience is an advantage.
