Job Role: Railway Signalling Engineer (Dashboard Development & Testing)

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, integrate, and support safety-critical Railway Signalling solutions.
- Lead system engineering activities across the complete project lifecycle.
- Develop system architecture, interface specifications, and functional requirements for railway signalling applications.
- Perform system decomposition, interface analysis, and end-to-end solution design.
- Execute Verification & Validation (V&V;) activities to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
- Support RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety) engineering throughout project execution.
- Ensure software and system compliance with EN 50128 and railway safety standards.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, testing, and integration teams to deliver high-quality railway signalling solutions.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, design specifications, validation reports, and engineering deliverables.
- Perform defect analysis, debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.




- Participate in customer discussions, technical reviews, and project planning activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on complex signalling projects.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in Railway Dashboard development & Testing.
- Strong expertise in CBTC, ETCS, ATP, ATO
- Hands-on experience in Dashboard System.
- Strong experience in Verification & Validation (V&V;).
- Good understanding of RAMS engineering principles.
- Strong experience of EN 50128railway software safety standards.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of software testing techniques, strategies, and validation processes.
- Hands-on experience with engineering tools such as: IBM DOORS, Polarion, Jira, Git
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust customer interaction, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
