Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, monitoring trends and analytics, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to align content with overall marketing strategies. The specialist will respond to audience interactions, track performance metrics,



and recommend improvements to enhance social media presence and support product commercialization.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and general Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned materials.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with teams, and audience engagement.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
- Experience with basic design tools or content editing software is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, in office environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
