About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote team, with preferred locations in Delhi and Mumbai. As a key member of the creative department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually captivating marketing materials across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the Design Lead and other creative professionals to develop innovative solutions that align with client objectives and brand strategies. Your expertise will help shape the visual identity of various campaigns, ensuring consistency, engagement, and impact. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Design, with a BA/BS degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. You should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing design,



either within an in-house creative team or an agency setting. A robust online portfolio demonstrating successful projects in digital and print media is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is required. You should have a solid understanding of visual design principles, including illustration, animation, typography, layout, and iconography, with the ability to adapt these skills to interactive formats. Knowledge of accessibility standards and project management skills are advantageous. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial for articulating design concepts and collaborating effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and produce high-quality marketing materials tailored for digital platforms such as mobile and online display banners, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and blogs, as well as print media including print ads, signage, and trade show collateral.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions that meet client objectives and brand standards.
- Design and develop strong brand identities, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Conceptualize and craft unique brand illustrations, icons, and visual elements that enhance storytelling and user engagement.
- Present design ideas clearly and confidently,



incorporating feedback from clients and team members to refine creative outputs.
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in design approaches.
- Maintain an organized workflow to meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve design skills and knowledge of new tools and techniques.
