Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Inside Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about sales, marketing, and business development. This opportunity is ideal for MBA graduates or candidates from reputed universities who possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to generating business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, digital marketing, client engagement, and promoting Phoenix Business Consulting's SAP consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Identify prospective clients and schedule meetings or demo calls for the sales team.
- Design attractive marketing content using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Prepare and send sales proposals, marketing presentations, and client communication.
- Support SAP partner ecosystem activities and business development initiatives.




- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Assist management in executing daily marketing and inside sales activities.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates from reputed universities will be given preference.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients and building professional relationships.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
