- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in systems engineering with a robust focus on mechanical or mechatronic hardware.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML.
- Proven proficiency with MagicDraw or Cameo Systems Modeler is essential.
- Robust knowledge of automotive hardware systems,



particularly mechanical and mechatronic systems (e.g., steering, braking, suspension, wipers, latches).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for abstracting complex mechanical interactions into clear, logical models.
- INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) certification.
- Diagrams, and State Machine Diagrams, to capture system structure, behavior, and interactions.
- Functional & Behavioral Modeling: Create detailed functional and behavioral models, including interfaces and functions/blocks, for critical system components.
