- Lead and manage a small team of developers focused on the Progress OpenEdge back office system
- Define technical direction for system improvements focusing on stability maintenance and standardisation across countries
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement robust Progress solutions
- Oversee the development testing and deployment of application fixes and standardisation changes
- Ensure code quality and adherence to standards
- Monitor system performance and address any issues
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of on premise development processes
- Collaborate with architects and InfoSec on system status and active vulnerabilities
