About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Automation Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in Python Automation, Selenium, Web Scraping, Pandas, and Automation Anywhere A360.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding end-to-end business requirements, designing and developing Hyper Automation solutions, and integrating multiple technologies to deliver scalable and efficient automation solutions. The role requires strong technical, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Skills & Experience

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Python Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Selenium, Web Scraping, and Pandas.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360.
- Experience in designing and implementing Hyper Automation solutions using a combination of technologies.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, scripting, data processing, and web automation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze end-to-end As-Is business processes and requirements.




- Identify automation opportunities and propose To-Be Hyper Automation solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions using Python, Selenium, Web Scraping, Pandas, and Automation Anywhere A360.
- Develop solutions that incorporate a combination of technologies to address complex business requirements.
- Work closely with business users, technology teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issues, and deliverables to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, technical specifications, solution documents, and other technical documentation independently.
- Participate in solution discussions, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.
- Ensure automation solutions are robust, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
- Follow organizational processes, standards, governance, and best practices at all times.

Ideal Candidate
