Job Title Performance Marketer Location Onsite Calicut Experience 6 month - 1 Year Role Overview The Performance Marketer plays a vital role in enhancing campaign efficiency client satisfaction and overall business growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies This role emphasizes continuous optimization of campaigns effective client communication insightful reporting and exploration of recent opportunities for audience engagement Key Responsibilities Plan execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads Meta and other digital platforms to achieve defined KPIs Monitor and guide the activities of the Social Media Marketing SMM team to ensure alignment with broader campaign goals Attend client meetings to present campaign performance collect feedback and align on upcoming strategies Leverage analytic tools such as Google Analytics Search Console Microsoft Clarity and Ad Managers to track campaign performance and user behavior Prepare and deliver detailed monthly reports with metrics insights and action recommendations for clients Manage and grow internal company business pages through regular updates post boosting and engagement monitoring Continuously explore and test emerging platforms tools and advertising trends to expand marketing reach and effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and delivery of high-quality marketing outputs Plan and implement SEO strategies including keyword research on-page off-page optimization competitor analysis and regular audits to improve website rankings traffic and overall visibility Expected Competencies Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and digital advertising ecosystems Hands-on expertise with ad platforms Google Ads Meta Business Suite etc and SEO practices Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics Microsoft Clarity and Search Console Ability to translate data into actionable strategies and optimizations Excellent client communication presentation and reporting skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
