About the Role :

Blocker India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and skilled Web Developer to build, maintain, and improve our web applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, capable of solving problems efficiently, and comfortable using modern AI tools to enhance development and productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize company web applications.
- Build new features based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot bugs and improve website performance.
- Collaborate with team members to implement new functionalities.
- Use AI tools to speed up development, debugging, documentation, and testing.
- Ensure responsive, secure, and user-friendly web applications.
- Keep the codebase organized, scalable, and well-documented.

Required Skills :

- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development concepts.
- Experience with frontend and/or backend development.
- Familiarity with databases and REST APIs.
- Ability to use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude , GitHub Copilot, or similar)



to improve productivity.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of Git or other version control systems.
- Robust communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Portfolio, GitHub profile, or personal projects are a plus.
- Freshers with strong skills and practical projects are encouraged to apply.

Time :

- 2 pm - 5.30 pm work from office .
- 8.30 pm - 2 am work from home .
