Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Developer with at least 1 year of experience in website development, social media management, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate should be able to build and maintain websites while managing social media platforms and running online advertising campaigns to enhance our digital presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Development

- Develop, maintain, and update company websites.
- Write clean, efficient, and responsive code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other web technologies.
- Customize and manage WordPress websites.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO.
- Fix bugs and ensure website security.

Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and promotional content.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages/comments.
- Track performance using social media analytics.

Digital Advertising
- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Optimize advertising campaigns to improve ROI.
- Monitor ad performance and prepare monthly reports.




- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for campaign creatives.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in Web Development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL and web hosting.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and Google Analytics.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools are an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Web Development or Digital Marketing are a plus.

- Team player with strong organizational skills.

Salary: As per experience and company standards. Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
