Namaste The DAV Group - Chennai, functioning under the aegis of Tamil Nadu Arya Samaj Educational Society was established in 1970 at Gopalapuram in Chennai with just 50 students. The Group today, caters to over 40,000 students across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. It has a staff of 1500 plus which includes 1,200 teachers. Four of our branches have been consistently ranked amongst top 15 schools in the country.

In addition to K-12 schooling, DAV has recently ventured into Higher Education with DAV-SMK Fomra College of Arts & Science at Kelambakkam, Chennai.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Visualiser to join our Arya Samaj Media Team at Head Office. The ideal candidate will transform ideas and content into engaging visual designs across various media, maintain brand consistency, collaborate with stakeholders, and help elevate our visual communications.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or a related field.
- At least 2‑4 years of experience as a Visualiser / Graphic Designer in a creative environment (agency, in‑house team etc.).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse work: print & digital media, illustration, layouts, branding etc.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of additional tools (e.g., After Effects, Figma, Sketch) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and create visual concepts and designs for print, digital, social media, presentations, signage, and other media platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, project managers,



and marketing teams to produce high‑quality creative content.
- Translate written content, briefs or concepts into engaging visual formats (layouts, illustrations, infographics etc.).
- Use digital design tools and software to produce illustrations, graphics, compositions, and layouts that are aesthetically pleasing and on‑brand.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and quality standards.
- Revise, optimize and iterate designs based on feedback from the creative team, stakeholders, or clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, software, and best practices to continually enhance quality and efficiency.
- Handle multiple projects / assignments simultaneously while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Present design ideas and concepts clearly; defend design decisions when needed.
