Role Description Technical Engineer will work in office in Noida in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, installation, and maintenance of industrial automation systems and control panels. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and automation issues, configuring hardware and software components, and ensuring that machinery operates safely and efficiently.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions, performing testing and validation of systems, and preparing technical documentation and reports.

Technical

Engineer will also assist in continuous improvement initiatives, support customer requirements, and ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in electrical engineering, electronics, or instrumentation, with practical knowledge of control panels and industrial automation systems.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, drives,



and related industrial control hardware and software used in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
- Skills in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventive maintenance for automation machinery and equipment.
- Working knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices for on-site industrial installations.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or related field).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with technicians, engineers, and clients.
- Comfort with using diagnostic tools, measurement instruments, and relevant software for configuration and testing.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment is preferred.
