JOB RESPONSIBILITY

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tech Lead with 8-13 years of relevant experience to join our team.



The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java Full stack demonstrate excellent problem-solving capabilities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to define and deliver project objectives.
- Drive technical discussions and provide recommendations on architecture, design, and best practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Participate in project planning, estimations, and risk assessments.
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes, tools, and development practices.
- Support production deployments and operational excellence activities where required.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-13 years of relevant industry experience.
- Robust expertise in Java, Springboot, Devops, Angular/React
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant industry certifications.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
