- Manage and maintain both physical and cloud-based servers.
- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot desktop systems and laptops.
- Handle firewall configuration, IP management, and network troubleshooting.
- Perform routine server maintenance, updates, and data backups.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Configure and secure routers, switches, and firewalls.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in system and network administration.
- Knowledge of firewall management and IP configuration.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of data and system security practices.
- Good documentation and troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred: CCNA certification.
