Location: Noida** Job Type: Full-time Role Overview Aliste Technologies is seeking a talented and motivated Full-stack Developer with expertise in Node.js , Mongo DB, React Native and React.js to join our core engineering team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance mobile and web applications that are scalable, intuitive, and feature-rich.

You’ll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to transform ideas into powerful digital experiences. A working knowledge of AWS (1+ years) is also essential, as our infrastructure relies heavily on cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities

- Build robust, scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js
- Design, develop and maintain cross-platform mobile and web apps using React Native & React.js
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life.
- Integrate with third-party APIs, SDKs, and internal systems.
- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and speed.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews,



debugging, and version control (Git).
- Ensure seamless deployment and monitoring using AWS services.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of professional experience in Full-stack development.
- Solid proficiency in Node.js, React Native / React.js
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS etc.) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git/GitHub
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- Prior work in Agile development environments
